About Us
Welcome to Chris’s Clock Repair. My name is Chris Schroeder, Founder.
I am so glad that you are interested in our company. We are a three-
person team consisting of myself, my lead clock repairman, Brendan
Schmitt and my wife, Lisa who answers the phones.
Together we are
dedicated to making sure you have a smooth and excellent experience
from the moment we first make contact to the moment we service and
deliver your clock.
Our aim is to give you the best customer service along
with professional level clock repair. We strive to keep you informed of the clock repair
process and inspire confidence that we are taking the best care of your treasured time
piece. We want your clock to be in good working order and we will not be satisfied until
you are.

We provide free estimates on all our service
Basic Clock Service
“Cleaning, Oiling and
Adjustment”
This is your basic
maintenance service which
includes cleaning the
movement, oiling it, making
any necessary adjustments
and includes minor repairs.
Full Clock Repair “Overhaul”
This service includes
disassembling your clock
completely, repairing all
damaged components,
cleaning and oiling it. And
then we test run it for at least
a week to ensure everything
is just right before delivery.
We strive to keep your clock
original.
House Calls
We do perform house calls on
Grandfather clocks and other
large clocks that are not
easily transportable.

“ I would recommend Chris to anyone who needs a clock repaired. I never expected the type of service I received. Chris came out picked up my over 40 year old pendulum clock (with 3 types of Chimes), had it for 3 weeks, brought it back and has a year warranty. Very reasonably priced. I really appreciated the great service i received. I did not have to take it down, put it in my car, drive to his place. Good service. It works beautifully. Chris keep up the great work and service. “ Very pleased with the end result. Please be patient with Brendan and Chris...there will be times when you're wondering how much longer it'll take...but you will definitely be happy with the end result. Our clock of 50 years...pendulum was stopping and made my wife very sad to see the heirloom die. Brendan took it in and had it for a "while" which bothered my wife...but did a rebuild. 8 days since picking up...running like a clock! ”
